I am a creativity advocate. Every day, I teach people how to honor their creativity through singing and music. I give creativity seminars a few times per year where we indulge in our sensory experiences, explore the phenomenon of creativity from the humanities perspective and learn how individuals can fit into the greater whole of society. As an activist for Creativity, it is my aim to build the Creativist Community, where our creative energies are dedicated to enhancing the world.

In this episode, Lance and Rene Urbanovich discussed what creativity is and how to exercise your creativity. Rene also shared how changes in your voice gives you a precursor of how your health is. She also taught techniques on how to be mindful of some tics that we might have and how to alleviate it.
